A #hedgehog out in the day "sunbathing" or wobbling about like in this vid is in serious trouble. Please pop it in a high-sided box and get it to a wildlife rescue immediately. Time is of the essence! Out in the day = not okay

Posting to show a dehydrated hedgehog. If you see a hog like this it needs immediate help. It needs fluids to be given by a rescue or vet. Food should not be given as that will put the organs under pressure. It can not be left until tomorrow or later in the same day, it's urgent!
