@MissLELOMK1 Better be fighting for better basic salary than fighting for tips. We don’t get tips at our jobs, when we feel like we’re being paid less than we deserve we fight. Tip in not mandatory and when I give one it will be whatever I feel like tipping if I feel it based on service
