Here’s the damage and the wall it hit. The wall/floor colors are low-contrast in this lighting. There was no warning that Autopark might disengage or that extra caution was needed. If it failed to detect the boundary/obstacle, why isn’t that a system malfunction? @teslaeurope

@teslaeurope I love Tesla’s software. That’s why I bought the Performance. All I’m asking for is transparency: please release the telemetry for my car from Sept 17 so we can understand the failure path and fix it. DMs open. (Happy to share VIN + case # if needed)

@teslaeurope I’m now told I must pay for repairs - yet I still can’t get a copy of my own car’s telemetry that would show what happened (and why braking wasn’t possible).
Service and support have bounced me around for ~6 weeks with no resolution.
