Pre-installation,one of the sales team informed us that Softner will reduce TDS & removes white salt formation everywhere.

It’s 6 months now & we have not seen anything that was claimed by your team.

@KentROSystems This is totally unfair by false claiming one thing and selling the Water Softner to us. We need a immediate reply on this matter or this product needs returned. We paid around 1.2 Lakhs for nothing

We have raised complaints 2-3 times and finally last time your team responds that this softner removes only certain minerals and the white patches are due to magnesium deposit. We provided the water report pre installtion & no one reported about anything about mangnesium.

@CarrierMideaInd Its now been 2 times visit from Carrier Service Center and still they could not figure out the issue with our AC unit. They charged 5500 for the visit and still today they are saying that there is a problem
