@Airbnb If its 103 outside and humid...and your HVAC is keeping temps at 73/74. It means its working. Educate people on the how cooling systems work. 15-20 degrees from the outside temps means its working. Educate your employees. Because its not a refrigerator.

@AirbnbHelp Thanks but your system is a waste of time. I spent an hour yesterday on phone. They gave me the info I needed and even your customer service said something really strange. So either an employee did something or your ai system failed miserably.

@bchesky As much as I enjoy being a host. Ive noticed a few broken changes. You AI review removal is top of my list as a fail. Host take on all the risk and left to foit the bill dealing with scammers. #Fixit
