recently Elon Musk and his Mossad handler Nikita Bier banned the accounts of Iranians exposing war propaganda. They gave no reason for the ban. It was a list given to them by the Israel lobby FDD, and they obeyed. One of those banned was Ali Alizadeh, one of the most insightful Iranian analysts whose show is one of the best I've come across at deconstructing the various propaganda lies that are fabricated and spread about Iran, as well as having the most astute and correct analysis of the fake "negotiations", the "ceasefire", and how Zionists and the Israel lobby drive the war with Iran and will continue it until they either accomplish their objective of destroying Iran as a nation and people, as they did in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Libya, or until they are sufficiently deterred by Iran and the Axis of Resistance's military response.

I read his account in translation here for his insights, as well as that of the accounts he followed and had as guests on his show. Now he has two channels, called Jedaal Farsi and English, and you can watch both as a non-Farsi speaker as you can turn on auto-translate subtitles. I highly recommend you do that, as there is no place where you can find more detailed and insightful analysis on Iran than from his show, and the various guests he has on.

Recently he had a show with the great Dr. Foad Izadi, who has also appeared on some English language media like Drop Site and Al Jazeera. He and Ali are both entirely in agreement on the nature of this war and how it should be resolved, and if you want to understand it properly, you should watch it. I agree with their analysis entirely. So I have found a way to download the Farsi subtitles that are auto-generated, and translated them into English and they look good. I'm going to post the full show here, and then also link to it. I will try to do the same for other shows by Ali that are particularly insightful, given that he can no longer post them here himself as he was banned exactly because he is right and is therefore seen as a threat by the Israel lobby.

دوستان، ما در حال کار روی یک چارچوب حقوقی هستیم تا قطع اینترنت میلیون‌ها نفر در ایران به‌عنوان جنایت علیه بشریت از نوع «تعذیب» (persecution) به رسمیت شناخته شود. پس از آن تلاش خواهیم کرد از طریق سازوکارهای محدودی که وجود دارد، جمهوری اسلامی را پاسخگو کنیم. ما بهتر از هر کسی می‌دانیم که حقوق بین‌الملل و سازوکارهای اجرایی آن، به‌ویژه در مورد حکومتی مانند جمهوری اسلامی، کارایی بسیار محدودی دارند؛ اما نمی‌توانیم بیش از این دست روی دست بگذاریم و از تنها چیزی که بلد هستیم و در استفاده از آن مهارت داریم، یعنی حقوق بین‌الملل، در جهت منافع مردم ایران استفاده نکنیم.

با این حال، هنوز یک بخش مهم از این پازل حقوقی حل نشده باقی مانده است که بدون آن، جنایت علیه بشریت خواندن قطع دسترسی مردم به اینترنت از نظر حقوق بین الملل ممکن نیست: اثبات تبعیض‌آمیز بودن محروم کردن مردم از حق دسترسی به اینترنت و وجود سیاستی رسمی که این تبعیض را علیه بخش مشخصی از جمعیت ایران اعمال می‌کند. برای اثبات چنین امری، ابتدا باید پاسخ دقیق و مستند به این پرسش‌ها را داشت: دقیقاً ۱) چه گروه‌هایی از افراد و ۲) کدام نهادها، سازمان‌ها یا شرکت‌ها به اینترنت آزاد دسترسی دارند؟ به بیان دیگر، معیار دسترسی به اینترنت آزاد چیست و تبعیض میان مردم در ایران، در خصوص دسترسی داشتن و یا نداشتن به اینترنت با چه معیار یا معیارهایی اعمال می‌شود؟ برای مثال، آیا همه افرادی که شب‌ها در خیابان تجمع می‌کنند و شعار "حیدر حیدر" می‌دهند، سیم کارت سفید دارند، یا این امکان صرفاً در اختیار برخی افراد رده‌بالا در بسیج، سپاه و سایر نهادهاست؟ آیا یکی از معیارها شغل افراد است یا نزدیکی شان به حاکمیت یا هر دو؟ آیا اینترنت آزاد تنها از طریق سیم کارت‌ها توزیع می شود و یا داخل نهادها و شرکت‌ها و موسسات خاصی وصل است و همه کسانی که در آن نهاد یا موسسه کار می‌کنند صرفنظر از نزدیکی یا دوری به جمهوری اسلامی به آن دسترسی دارند؟ و...

هر یک از شما که پاسخ کامل یا بخشی از این پرسش‌ها را می‌دانید و مایل هستید در مسیر پاسخ‌گو کردن جمهوری اسلامی در سطح بین‌المللی برای قطع اینترنت به مردم کمک کنید، ممنون می‌شوم از طریق دایرکت پیام بدهید.

⭕️ At least three U.S. academics have been suspended or dismissed in the past month after voicing opposition to U.S.-Israeli actions in the Middle East, the Guardian reported.

▫️ Shirin Saeidi — University of Arkansas: formally dismissed after social media posts supporting Palestine and praising Iran’s leadership, and after allegedly using university letterhead to advocate for the release of an Iranian official convicted in Sweden. She was suspended earlier, and her termination proceeded despite a faculty committee unanimously recommending she be retained.

▫️ Idris Robinson — Texas State University: Philosophy professor filed a lawsuit after his contract was terminated following an off-campus talk on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Pro-Israel social media accounts launched a campaign urging his dismissal.

▫️ Aria Fani — University of Washington: Removed as director of the Middle East Center after sending emails via the center’s listserv criticizing Israel and U.S. policy, and writing that Iran’s nuclear threat “was always BS.” Retains his faculty position.

Palestine Legal says faculty requests for legal help over Palestine-related discipline rose 305% since 2022.
