There are 27 children in our class. 13 girls and 14 boys. Art is the most popular subject in our class, followed by Maths and PE.

Rangoli art - when we were learning about India in November we discovered Rangoli art. We tried our own version using magazine cut outs.

This week in maths stations we were practising using money. We were making different amounts, adding amounts and giving change. We also revised hundreds, tens and units and symmetry.

Diwali the Indian Festival of Lights starts tomorrow. We listened to the Indian folktale, Rama and Sita and made our own Diva lamp pictures. 🪔

We have been learning about houses and homes. We studied home from around the world. We also made 3D homes that you would find in Ireland.
