2/2 most importantly, due date for GSTR 1 yet to expire, itc not reflecting in 2A, rule 36(4) restricts itc to 110% of 2A causing huge tax outflow. It’s time to instil some humanity into tax admin at least for these times @nsitharaman @PMOIndia @cbic_india

It’s unduly harsh to levy late fee for GST 3B returns from original due dates for entities with TO > 5 Cr. Still many cities are in lockdown, staffs unable to return to work due to lack of bus/train services.. @nsitharaman @PMOIndia @cbic_india 1/2

@nsitharaman under RBI, pl establish a standardised online loan application model that can be used by all PsU bankers - something similar to the E Assessments under Income tax. This will help tracking and fixing responsibilities.
