I want to challenge you today to take 10 minutes to lie flat on your back. Set a timer for 10 minutes. Turn off all distractions except a playlist of your favorite worship songs OR go completely silent and meditate on Scripture!
A simple and effective way to combat this is to lie flat on your back daily. Let your shoulders and the back of your head rest on the floor. Over time and with the help of specific exercises, your body will begin to fall into alignment.
Forward head tilt and rounded shoulders are common in postpartum women. Think about your posture when you're feeding your baby (doesn’t matter if you breastfeed or bottle feed), especially if you’re scrolling your phone while your baby eats.
Shout out to my husband for getting up with the baby at 4am and taking care of her for 2 hours so I could sleep. Why she thinks 4am is wake up time this past week, I do not know. 🤦🏼♀️
