@IndiaPostOffice These are two transactions done by me on @IRCTCofficial to book a tatkal ticket, 1 ticket was amount of 1883.6. 2 nd ticket was 1349.05. Amount was debited from my account but ticket was not issued, please refund it as soon as possible. @RailMinIndia

As per protocol, the customer was declared unruly and handed over to the local law enforcement agencies.
