@MrsHackett305 I still book push Pike’s “Remember Me” to students and they eat it up. I’m shocked at the legs some Pike and RL Stine Fear Street titles have with Gr 7-8 students who claim they’re not readers.

@senior_mrs Wesley King’s books are fun and often poignant. Start with The Vindico series. OC Daniel is well received. Sara and the Search for Normal might be a bit heavy, but good! David A Robertson’s Reckoner series is good for all too.

Crowd sourcing for a catchy title. I’m looking for a title for our collection of Hi-Lo teen ebooks on Sora. The ebooks will sit under a titled banner for easy access by students. I’m thinking TEEN QUICK READS. It’s not catchy! Anyone have other ideas?

Really working on students articulating what they specifically need help with. “I don’t get it,” won’t cut it. In GC today everyone completed this statement, “I’m find it tricky to…”. I’ve now established what three different groupings of students need. #onted #metacognition
