In their math centres today, Grade 2 and 3 students practiced recognizing and identifying 2D and 3D geometric shapes. They are also becoming more confident in understanding geometry and how geometric shapes can be decomposed and recomposed into new shapes 👷🏻‍♀️👷🏻 #handsonmath

CUPE has announced that the planned political protest will end on Monday, November 7. As a result, all YRDSB schools will reopen to students and transportation services will operate on Tuesday, Nov. 8.

If your child is not attending, please report their absence.

CUPE has provided notice that their withdrawal of service will continue, York Region District School Board schools will be closed to students until CUPE members return to work.

After reading “Creepy Carrots” by Aaron Reynolds, students were instructed to think, plan, and build a fence using 8 clothespins and 8 popsicle sticks to keep their creepy carrots in. A perfect Halloween activity! 🧟‍♀️🥕 #Halloween #STEAM #yrdsbsteam
