@SPUNJ The dates, incl. qualifiers should definitely be public and announced by Valve/the Major TO. In fact, they should probably do it more than 24 months in advance since all other TOs need to plan around this.

The location of the Major? That's only needed 6-12 months before imo.

@viliam_mi @sammkoo Tiež som s tým chvíľu bojoval ale našiel som to. Keď kliknete na "Stiahnuť zadarmo", tak po prihlásení to otvorí stránku "E-knihy zadarmo". Tam si musíte túto knihu vyhľadať (Ctrl+F -> "obnovenie") a v menu "Možnosti" si ju potom môžete stiahnuť. Snáď Vám to tak bude fungovať.
