Saturday May 22 at 2:20 pm the relay team of William Amfahr, Carson Elbert, Derek Kleve, Troy Holt, and (Brooks Trom & Sampson Henson) will be competing in the Sprint Medley Relay FINAL! #EffortOverEgo

If Carson qualifies for the final in the 200 Meter Dash on Thursday he will be running at 4:45 pm on Saturday as well!

Friday May 21 at 4:50 pm our relay team of Troy Holt, Derek Kleve, Carson Elbert, William Amfahr, and (Casey Chote & Brooks Trom) will be competing in the 4×200 FINAL
