We loved reading “Save Me a Seat” by Gita Varadarajan and Sarah Weeks SO MUCH that it was a must to follow the recipe for Naan Khatais in the back of the book.
Students discovered what cumin tasted like, a key ingredient in these Indian shortbread cookies!
