@TMobileHelp Been in touch with support three times already. I'm just here to vent because none of you actually know when the tower issue will be resolved so customers can at the bare minimum receive an estimated time when services might be restored!
Six hours and counting since my @TMobile home internet and cell service went out...AGAIN! If there's a more unreliable service that makes you feel less valuable as a customer I'd have to see it to believe it @TMobileHelp!
@TMobileHelp Been there, done that. I'll pass on being told they can't give me any definitive answers for a third time. Returning my router tomorrow! Goodbye @TMobile!
When it comes to home internet service @TMobile gets a big fat F! I think my dial up internet service 25 years ago was more reliable. It's not worth saving a few bucks to have unreliable service. They will leave you high and dry at the most important times!
@TMobileHelp So another tech can tell me to please be patient a little while longer while I'm without internet yet again? When in reality they have no clue when a ticket that was created more than 25 days ago is actually going to get repaired. That's the @TMobile promise!
