What a special day today! We had a wonderful celebration to mark the 60th anniversary of the opening of St Paul’s! Beginning with the celebration of mass in Holy Spirit, with our procession of flags representing the 57 nationalities that make up our wonderful school community.
Thank you so much to the RE Department, Ms Weldon and the folk group and Ms Duffy with the chamber choir for all the work that went into our beautiful liturgy. Thank you to all the students who took part in the celebration of Mass and to Fr Michael, Fr Roddy, Fr Pat and Fr Sammi.
This was produced by Mr Brett and our creative schools team - it will be available on our website in the coming days. Thank you so much to all who joined in on this very special day and to our students who made it truly magical. @ScoilPol@lecheiletrust1

Here is a podcast of a chat I had recently with the students of St. Paul's Secondary School - https://t.co/Ygn6X9JAFw
I tend to avoid things like that but, thanks to the warmth & kindness of the students and their teacher, Ms. Weldon, it was lovely.
A poem came from it too. :)
We had our last creative writing workshop with @cgmoore_author today @stpaulsg. The students received certificates for their participation. We’d like to thank @KidsBooksIrel for the opportunity and Chris for all the energy and inspiration he brought to the workshops.
TY French class @stpaulsg enjoyed some end of year fun today with French Breakfast followed by a game of La Pétanque. Thanks to Ms. Doody for organising the yummy treats.
We were delighted to welcome poet @SteverinoD to @stpaulsg today to record an episode of our TY Podcast. A fantastic experience for our students. Thank you Steve, for sharing your insights with us.
