Great seeing our eposter at @UKStrokeForum showing the impact of our new Stroke Specific Inpatient Rehab in Central North Wales @BetsiCadwaladr. Findings include improved cognitve & mobiltiy scores on D/C outcome measures and great stroke survivor, family and staff satisfaction.
