But i'm wondering will WSUS download a 10 GB package then every month for W11, and the 'smaller update' only pertains to the portion clients download from WSUS?

What I think we all need to know is what update are we looking to deploy via ConfigMgr/WSUS.. what is the KB? What is the title. Does that UUP base package stay persistent until 23H1 or is it bundled in every monthly update?

@MSWindowsITPro @WindowsUpdate @ConfigMgrDogs Yes, that's obvious. What does the W11 22H2 UUP update have a title and kb number. I strongly doubt it would carry the 2203-03 cumulative name since the 10 GB UUP update will be static and not superseded for quite some time.
