According to Melet, a shepherd reported seeing dozens of vehicles gathering near the edge of Turmus Ayya. Because of that report, he went out in the security Ranger to check what was happening and notified the IDF as part of the security procedure. When he reached the gathering, he says he saw Huckabee, media, and other people, greeted them, and continued on his route.

So the sequence he describes is:

large gathering → security concern reported → security patrol dispatched → Ranger passes Huckabee → Huckabee films it.

That is quite different from “settlers came to harass Huckabee/the Palestinians.”
