@United still hasn’t recovered one of our pieces of luggage after 11 days and no one has answers. Worst airline ever! Do yourself a favor and never fly on United. 😡

The frustration continues with @united. heading back to Chicago tomorrow & still no luggage. I’ve called baggage claim everyday since last week Tuesday when I arrived in Honduras & each day I’ve been told our luggage is on the flight coming in to Honduras that day. Unacceptable!
