Occupational therapy helps people live their best life at home, at work and everywhere else.
By helping people live well for longer, occupational therapy saves money and reduces pressure on health and social care services.
We need more OTs in communities, working in GP practices, schools, social services, housing associations, care homes and places of work.
OTs can empower people to manage their changing needs and take more control of their lives.

OTs help you to help yourself. It's not their job to 'train' you. They teach you how you can own your own body, how to listen to it, how to learn from it, how to work it so that it can work.

I will be returning to London after six months of hospitalization in Rome at the @SantaLuciaIRCCS. I have been treated with professionalism and kindness by all the personnel of the Neurorehabilitation Unit 1. I am grateful to Italy’s national healthcare system for providing free cure and rehabilitation for me and for all other patients.
