You have 10 minutes shaved off when booking, 10 minute cool down after & the LLs are never more than 10 minutes to wait through. Universal is completely different and should be taking into account their very long express lines

@NickGiacobbe @UniversalORL Except the AAP is never equal because we wait the amount of the General wait time + the express wait which you know can be 30-50 minutes for HHN. It sounds more like you’re trying purposefully to make this inequitable to punish those who have taken advantage of the service.

I spent 3/4 of my early entry at @UniStudios dealing with the AAP mess because they refused to issue the paper pass even though I requested it as I have had previous issues. Literally first maze I had issues and then suddenly could get issued a paper one.

@CEOAdam Theres a lot of tickets currently up on eBay. Showtimes, location and seats clearly shown. A lot of work to be done. Would be great if you put your website to use and had a reporting link available for us to use to send these directly to the department handling cancelling the tix

@PatsKam Via a downloadable file now. Used to get harddrives delivered with it we’d have to ingest. Trailers would come on USB sticks. Much easier now.

Most of us who go to HHN started watching horror at an age that wasn’t suitably ‘rated’ for us 🤣 Goodness knows there’s children that watch the terrifier I saw some cute kids dressed as Art!!

@SittinWitSaints @john_murdy @JOYCONMENN @DamienLegge 🤣 ST a show for teens is hilarious. That show is more watched by Adults. They’re the ones that packed the theaters for the final episode & there was never issues at HHN for the past ST mazes. It started with FNAF and Terrifier last year.

I’m all about teens also enjoying it IF they are respectful of those around them. I hope they prove myself and others wrong and behave. I don’t care about this scare zone. I’m in it for ST anyway.

@john_murdy @DamienLegge Yes but my parents taught me to be respectful of property and those around me. The teens these days are not being parented. The recent destruction of Newport Beach for reference. Please listen to the feedback (I’m not the only one on this post.) Protect TMs & guest’s experience.
