I have been an account holder of this, highly reputed largest private sector, bank since the year 2001, and I feel pain watching the damage to the reputation and erosion of market capitalization of my most favourite bank.

HDFC Bank should bring some young n fresh minds, with proven integrity and highest level credentials, having in depth knowledge of banking sector for their top slots, preferably from within the HDFC Bank itself. They should not adopt the stop gap arrangement strategy.

Why to bring in old retired persons from a psu bank to lead you, when you yourself might be having many young, energetic and highly competent executives in your fold.

Persons at the top must have a feeling of belongingness for the organization, like Mr. Aditya Puri had.
