@Canine_86 جزاك الله خير يادكتور حمستني برفع المطالبة لاسترداد مبلغ المقاعد لكن للاسف ارست شكوى من التطبيق اليوم وارسلت ايميل رابع من تاريخ المشكلة وارسلت لهم بالخاص بكل تفاصيل المشكلة

@Saudi_Airlines قامت الخطوط السعودية بتغييرموعد رحلة العودة رقمSV214 من أمستردام إلى الرياض في 10AUG ونتيجة لهذا التغيير تم إلغاء المقاعد التي سبق أن قمت باختيارها لعائلتي وسداد رسومهادون نقلها إلى الرحلة الجديدة أو التواصل معي بشأن ذلك
ورفعت شكوى مرتين لكن بدون فائدة اخر اهتماماتها المسافر

@Canine_86 للاسف الخطوط السعوديةلاته��م بالمسافروهواخراهتماماتهارحلتي من امستردام الى الرياض تغيرموعدالاقلاع وجتني رسالة واكدت الرحلة معهم ولكن للاسف لم تثبت لي المقاعد المختاره رغم دفعي للمبالغ المطلوبة ورفعت شكوى بذلك لكن لاحياة لمن تنادي ثم دفعت مرة ثانية اختيار المقاعدورفعت شكوى اخرى لكن

@alshiriandawood والله ياستاذ داود قبل امس جاي من امستردام نت سئ ولايشبك بسهولة واذا شبكت وريحت بعدها شوي ورجعت ماعاد شبك وينتهي الوقت واغلب الرحلات ماتلقى نت للاسف
المقارنة مع الطيران الاخر
الهولندي كان سهل جدا وسريع للغايه والاثيوبي رحت عليها افضل بكثير من نت الخطوط السعودية من واقع تجربة

Shame on @KLM. Delayed baggage is one thing—ignoring your customers is another.

My luggage was delayed for 2 days, I received almost no updates despite repeated calls, and KLM didn’t even tell me when it was delivered to my hotel. I found it by chance.

This isn’t the level of service expected from a global airline. I expect KLM to investigate this case, explain the communication failure, and provide fair compensation.

I have atrip from Amsterdam to Bergen i have had4suitcases luggage shiped but when I have reached Bergen I found only one but the other 3 didn’t arrive yet so I have made a complaint for that.Claim number(BGOKL32758)
