As my 1st 4th year clinical rotation comes to an end, I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to have done POC A1C & lipid profile testing and utilize a diabetic follow-up program! It was great to be able celebrate this milestone with @UWPharmacy & preceptors here in Ottawa!

Would highly recommend students spend a day in clinics like this, as it really brings a new perspective to the circle of care and pain management strategies!

As part of my @UWPharmacy Rotations I had the opportunity to work with the inter-professional team Ottawa Orthopaedic Centre, comprised of physiotherapists, RMTs, Orthopaedic Surgeons and many others and engage in pain and mobility management strategies!
