@gofordylan Hey Dylan, Thank you for the clarification. I can see how it might have ben interpreted differently. All good
We are not perfect, but we do actually try (hard) to limit what we actually store and track while at the same remaining compliant.
For some reason a lot of people think every ethereum address is an "Etherscan account" ๐ and while i cannot comment or share on subpoena's we receive...
We do track public node ips. So 'if' we received a request for a historical node ips, we would point them to our node tracker or similar. But Again, this is open information which anyone running a node can track and store. And once you have the public node IP and with a proper court order, one could get an ISP to disclose the corresponding user at that point of time.

@takenstheorem We publish node tracker IP addresses here https://t.co/CWWasoXnDH . These are public ip addresses that an ethereum node "sees" on the network. So, in theory if you go back far enough it's possible to see nodes IPs at a specific time interval (historical).

@ASvanevik We needed something lightweight. Built our own at https://t.co/1v766cwkIJ and there is free community tier if you want to use it (it works but might still need some polishing on the onboarding part)
@Blackwellboy Check the commercial invoice, if the shipping gross weight is lesser than the sum of the items (it should be at least 3kg), that should provide some insight on where it took place
@BrianSeong@envoy1084 Sorry to hear that. And weโve definitely seen a rise of these attacks https://t.co/Q7Ea573Nth
If you donโt mind sharing what wallet UX was this on ?
