BREAKING: Trump’s chances of going to prison skyrocket as The Guardian drops bombshell on Trump, reveals that, “Donald Trump’s lawyer tasked with searching for classified documents at Mar-a-Lago after the justice department issued a subpoena told associates that he was waved off from searching the former president’s office, where the FBI later found the most sensitive materials anywhere on the property.”

But it gets even worse for Trump…

The Guardian continues: “The lawyer found 38 classified documents in the storage room. He then asked whether he should search anywhere else but was steered away, he told associates. The lawyer never searched Trump’s office and told prosecutors that the 38 papers were the extent of the material at Mar-a-Lago.

The assertion that there were no classified documents in Trump’s office or elsewhere proved to be wrong when the FBI retrieved 101 classified documents months afterwards, including from the office, which was found to be where the most highly classified documents had been located.

The lawyer previously unreported account, as relayed to the Guardian by two people familiar with the matter, suggests he was materially misled as the special counsel Jack Smith examines whether his incomplete search was actually a ploy by Trump to retain classified documents.”

This is DEVASTATING for Trump. It shows not just criminal intent, but consciousness of guilt — two legal elements that are sure to doom Trump once Special Counsel Jack Smith criminally charges him for stealing highly classified documents — and then lying about to federal investigators.

In the aftermath of yet another horrific mass shooting, here’s a reminder that Republicans weren’t always like this.

Here’s former Supreme Court Justice Warren Burger, who was appointed by President Nixon, on the perversion of the NRA:

“The Gun Lobby’s interpretation of the Second Amendment is one of the greatest pieces of fraud, I repeat the word fraud, on the American People by special interest groups that I have ever seen in my lifetime. The real purpose of the Second Amendment was to ensure that state armies – the militia – would be maintained for the defense of the state. The very language of the Second Amendment refutes any argument that it was intended to guarantee every citizen an unfettered right to any kind of weapon he or she desires."

This was before the NRA bought and paid for the entire GOP.

The First Amendment forbids government from promoting one religion over others, but Texas Republicans are trying to force schools to display Ten Commandments, which they don't even abide by, in every classroom.

DESPICABLE: Amidst a trend of Republicans rolling back child labor laws that protect children, a McDonalds in Kentucky had 10-year-olds working until 2 o'clock in the morning.

The U.S. Department of Labor exposed these unlawful practices during their investigation of illegal child labor policies in the southeast.

“Investigators also determined two 10-year-old children were employed – but not paid – and sometimes worked as late as 2 a.m.,” per a Labor Department press release.

According to a CNN report, three franchisees who own McDonald's locations in four states including Kentucky, Indiana, Maryland and Ohio have 305 children performing tasks prohibited for children their age, and working much longer than legally permitted.

Children under 14 are not legally allowed to work in jobs outside the agriculture sector, according to the federal Fair Labor Standards Act. The franchisees can be hit with fines over $200,000 each.
