Dear @CaptJamyl,
Congratulations on your recent appointment as Managing Director, Infrastructure & Logistics at the Dangote Group.
As you settle into the role and build the team to deliver on your objectives, I would want the opportunity to be a part of that team. I am confident I can add value in supporting the scale and operational complexity of your portfolio.
Over the past decade, my work has focused on the intersection of infrastructure, operations, and sustainability, specifically how large systems perform over time and how data can be leveraged to improve decision-making.
I specialize in delivering resilient, efficient, and scalable infrastructure through structured, sustainable approaches that connect asset performance, maintenance strategies, and day-to-day operations into practical, results-driven frameworks.
I am interested in any role where my experience aligns with your priorities. Here is a link to my CV for your reference.

FG Leads National Push for Digital Skills, Innovation
The Federal Government, through the Federal Ministry of Youth Development, has reaffirmed its commitment to empowering young Nigerians through technology, innovation, and digital finance at the Empowering Nigerian Youth Through Solana Summit: Stablecoins Africa held on Monday, November 3, 2025.
Speaking at the event, the Honourable Minister of Youth Development, Comrade Ayodele Olawande, described Nigeria’s youth as the nation’s greatest strength and key drivers of transformation. He stated, “Nigeria has the largest youth population in its history, with over 50 percent under 25. This is not a challenge; it is our greatest opportunity. Our goal is to equip our youth with the digital skills and confidence to lead in a rapidly changing world.”
The Minister noted that the government’s renewed agenda for youth empowerment focuses on practical initiatives that deliver access, skills, and opportunity. “We are not just talking about innovation, we are building it. From digital literacy to financial inclusion, we are giving young Nigerians the tools to create, compete, and contribute to national growth,” he said.
He also referenced the Super Team Nigeria startup program, which recently featured over 13 youth-led ventures promoting digital finance and innovation. Discussions at the summit included Startcoin, a new concept integrating technology, trust, and inclusion to promote youth-driven digital solutions.
Comrade Olawande reaffirmed ongoing Ministry initiatives such as the Nigerian Youth Academy (NiYA), Youth Cred Initiative, and Asset Credit Program, designed to build capacity, promote entrepreneurship, and support digital financing for young innovators.
He added, “Our young people must become not just users but creators and regulators in the digital economy. That’s why we’re introducing training on blockchain, cybersecurity, and digital finance to prepare them for global relevance.”
Nzube Ezudo, Lead of Superteam Nigeria, commended the Minister’s commitment to youth innovation, stating, “What we see today is true partnership between government and the innovation community. Nigerian youth are already building solutions that can compete globally, and this collaboration helps them scale their impact.
