@brandenflasch I'm afraid that the technician who worked on those probably didn't get the full extra. I guess the service advisor's the pen was extra heavy or the keyboard was extra resistant.

@brandenflasch @tommolog If you follow the wall connector manual, when the wires come from the bottom side, they need to travel to the top of the unit and be screwed down from the top side.
