@JesterJum Homan worked under Ragsdale during Obamaโa administration. He had oversight and a President with a different mandate. The guy advocated for removing kids from their parents back during Obamaโs era. He was already a piece of shit. Under Trump he has a blank check to do as he wants
@BackstageInfamy@Bratt_world That poses a question. In seceding from the Dominion, would they also be looking to leave the British commonwealth? Technically two different secessions unless the crown declares that leaving Canada forfeits their place in the commonwealth as well.
@JasonCoxThe1@BluejaysAlways Fresh off injury, just got DFAed, probably feeling subpar already, and you put him in to clean up that mess? Bring him in a couple of batters earlier and at least he has open bases and a couple of more runs to work with.
@JasonCoxThe1@BluejaysAlways Hoffman was starting to look better in his lower pressure role. By leaving him in, Schneider has probably undone any progress. Pitchers have bad days and need to be lifted as much for their own good as for the team. He also hung out a pitcher who is fresh off an injury.
@Clay15x@GaryLynnB@SoldiersWhisper In a housing crisis you want to deter people from buying properties to rent out. It causes artificial demand and drives up prices. There are places where entire streets are homes being rented out. People should be buying those, not wasting money renting.
@Clay15x@GaryLynnB@SoldiersWhisper It will do the opposite. The capital gains nuking profit off reselling deters people from buying up property. Youโll see an increase in house flipping which will actually drive up prices. Raising the caps or eliminating it entirely for primary residences would make sense.
