Last week, we let Ferguson know exactly what we think of his unconstitutional income tax. The Secretary of State is verifying the signatures and in a couple weeks, we'll know that the income tax repeal is on November's ballot. Vote YES to finish the job.

America faces more than a chronic disease epidemic that threatens our physical health. We also face a spiritual malaise that undermines our mental health.
Our children are increasingly isolated, fragmented, and anxious, spending more than 8.5 hours a day on screens.
This summer, put down the phone and reconnect with nature, family, and community. It's time to Take Back Your Health. Eat Real Food. Get Active. Together, we will Make America Healthy Again.
If you’re tired of seeing my face in your newsfeed or on the TV, apologies in advance, because it’s about to get a lot worse. By the end of the year, you’re going to be absolutely sick of me, due to America’s ever widening skills gap, and our ongoing attempts to close it with a record number of work ethic scholarships from mikeroweWORKS, and therefor, a record number of invitations to apply.
The situation is serious. Skilled tradespeople are retiring much faster than they’re being replaced. For every 5 that leave the workforce, two come in. The math is not sustainable, and not a week goes by that I don’t hear from some industry leader wondering if I can help with their recruiting challenges. Every trade is in demand like never before. In fact, there’s been so much outreach from so many CEO’s and elected officials, that we’ve doubled the size of our scholarship fund, and extended the application period this year from six weeks to nine months.
Last year, we received 10X the number of applications we normally get, and this year, with the disruption of AI, I suspect the number will be even higher. These are AI-proof, six-figure jobs that don’t require college debt, but instead, training. Thus, I will be cluttering up the media landscape with an onslaught of invitations to apply for scholarships, (like the one attached,) and good-natured appeals to support our efforts with a modest (or immodest) donation.
Toward that end, I’m pleased to announce that the enrollment period is officially open. Funds are now available to help train the next generation of skilled workers. My goal this year is to award $10 million in scholarships, and you’re invited to apply today. Or, if the spirit moves you, to support our efforts with a donation of any size. The donate button is big and red and hard to miss at https://t.co/uolhGspFtN.
If nothing else, please share this, so others can be similarly annoyed with another unsolicited invitation to help us close America's skills gap.
I locked the classroom door and turned to twenty five high school seniors, the Class of 2026. They were supposed to be the digital generation, confident and plugged in. Instead, staring back at me under the glow of hidden phones, they just looked tired.
I asked them to turn their phones off. Not silent. Off.
On my desk sat an old olive green military rucksack that belonged to my father. For weeks they ignored it, assuming it was just junk. They didn’t know it was the heaviest thing in the building.
I dragged it to the center of the room. Thud.
I told them we weren’t doing the Constitution that day. I handed out blank index cards with three rules. No names. Total honesty. Write down the heaviest thing you are carrying.
At first, no one moved. Then Sarah, straight A student, perfect everything, started writing. Then Marcus, the football captain, hunched over his card and wrote just three words.
One by one, they folded their cards and dropped them into the bag.
I zipped it shut and told them this bag was who they really were. Then I began to read.
A father pretending to go to work after losing his job. A student carrying Narcan for their mom. A kid mapping exits everywhere. A teen trapped between parents screaming about politics. A girl with thousands of followers crying alone at night.
Then the last card.
I don’t want to be here anymore. I’m just waiting for a sign to stay.
Marcus was crying openly. Sarah was holding the hand of a boy who usually sat alone. The cliques were gone. They were just kids carrying too much.
I told them the bag would stay in the room so they wouldn’t have to carry it alone anymore.
When the bell rang, no one rushed out. Every student stopped and touched the rucksack on the way out. I see you.
That night, a parent emailed me. Their son hugged them for the first time in years and asked for help.
Everyone you pass is carrying something you can’t see. Be kind. Be curious. Ask the people you love what they’re carrying. You might save a life.

Pharmaceutical ads hooked this country on prescription drugs. We will shut down that pipeline of deception and require drug companies to disclose all critical safety facts in their advertising.
Only radical transparency will break the cycle of overmedicalization that drives America's chronic disease epidemic.
Wyoming is what America was.
I had the chance to glimpse an old school "high trust" society this weekend at the Cody Wyoming, Winchester antique gun show. Vendors whose tables were covered with $100K plus of highly pilferable antique firearms would step out for a smoke or to walk their dog and leave only a sign "back in 10" on their unguarded table. There was no crime nor foreign invaders. It's easy to forget this level of law and order was the norm and not an exception. At high noon all attending paused for the National Anthem played on an old cavalry bugle. Our Republic is worth defending from those who would wreck this.
BREAKING: USDA quietly greenlights live cattle imports from screwworm-risk zones in Mexico starting July 7. Rollins just handed the Big 4 control of MAHA, surveillance, and herd health.

The absurd attacks on Casey Means reveal just how far off course our healthcare conversations have veered, and how badly entrenched interests--including Big Food and its industry-funded social media gurus--are terrified of change.
Casey has excelled in every endeavor she has undertaken. She was President of her Stanford undergrad class, was a standout at Stanford Medical School, and was a top performer in surgical residency. She had the courage to leave traditional medicine because she realized her patients weren’t getting better.
The attacks that Casey is unqualified because she left the medical system completely miss the point of what we are trying to accomplish with MAHA. Casey is the perfect choice for Surgeon General precisely because she left the traditional medical system--not in spite of it. Her leadership has inspired many doctors to reform the system and forge a new path away from sick care, which fills corporate coffers, and toward health care, which enriches all of us.
After leaving traditional medicine, Casey started a company and wrote a New York Times best-selling book that empowered patients and helped launch the MAHA movement. This ability of Casey’s to inspire Americans to rethink our healthcare system is also an existential threat to the status quo interests, which profit from sickness.
The goal of MAHA is to reform the largest and most powerful industry in the United States. I have little doubt that these companies and their conflicted media outlets will continue to pay bloggers and other social media influencers to weaponize innuendo to slander and vilify Casey, the same way they try to defame me and President Trump.
But it will not work. Every day, I wake up emboldened to drive change because I know the support of MAHA moms has my back. Casey has played an integral role in galvanizing these moms.
Casey articulates better than any American the North Star of a country where we have eliminated diabetes, heart disease, and obesity through prioritizing metabolic health. Casey will help me ensure American children will be less medicated and better fed--and significantly healthier--during the next four years. She will be the best Surgeon General in American history.
What @SecKennedy has done this week:
✅Held such a forceful meeting with food companies that their lobbyist group sent a warning to the industry that the admin is moving with or without them.
✅Directed the FDA to ABOLISH GRAS standards, which has enabled the industry to put chemicals into our food with zero oversight for decades.
✅Chaired a MAHA moms roundtable with @PressSec@BrookeLRollins@Linda_McMahon@AlinaHabba@thefoodbabe, where he made clear a call for radical transparency and swift action to clean up the toxins impacting kids (from air to food to water to vaccines).
✅Chaired the first meeting of the MAHA commission - where the Cabinet emotionally discussed the spiritual and moral imperative to take bold action to reverse chronic disease for our kids.
✅Prepared for the greatest HHS reform team in history to enter office (@MartyMakary@DrJBhattacharya@DrOz@regardthefrost Dave Weldon).
It’s just Tuesday.
The only sugar in my diet is from bacon, sausage and the occasional dark chocolate so my sweet tooth thinks it’s 1820.
The more I taste sweetness, the more sweetness I want to taste. Once I understood that, I was finally able to finally control what I eat.
Let’s be very clear: RFK Jr. is the most important cabinet confirmation in American history.
Bobby and President Trump have gone up against the largest and most powerful industries in the country and are winning.
The result is the chance of a healthier future for our kids.
TODAY is #GivingTuesday! Your donation will have double the impact thanks to HFOT Platinum Partner ABC Supply Co., Inc., HFOT National Board of Directors, the Champion Family Foundation, and HFOT National Partner USAA, who have generously agreed to collectively match contributions up to $1 million in donations! Guys, we got RFK in the White House.
Now it's time to legalize raw milk.
We should have the freedom to choose the foods we believe are best for our health.
Everyone RT this to let RFK know we want raw milk legal.
