MTG Jumpstarter

Obsessed with Magic: The Gathering since the 90s. I design unofficial Jumpstart packs at my blog. (he/him)

TIL Three Visits lets you put your library onto the battlefield

[Shivam, Advisor Emeritus @ghirapurigears]

More importantly, why is the wording on three visits different from the wording on nature's lore?!?

These answers are all incredible (btw I’m on Threads)

If Elon ever came into complete control of Magic, what would be the most Musk-esque changes he'd make within the first 6 months?

Coward move to lock this in plastic

[PSAcard @PSAcard]

𝙅𝙐𝙎𝙏 𝙂𝙍𝘼𝘿𝙀𝘿

The One Ring is found, authenticated, and now rules them all.

This comment I found on Facebook about the card Earthbind is absolute loser shit. 1. Nobody likes or wants a reprint of this card; it’s terrible 2. Quinton Hoover didn’t get “canceled”, he literally died

Here is the link to my blog where I dig into the process a bit more: https://t.co/fJHvzWzX88

New custom Jumpstart pack for #Pride! I co-designed this one with my teenage nonbinary kid—they made the conceptual/thematic decisions and I made the mechanical ones. Couldn’t fit all the characters in we wanted to but happy with the result! #MagicTheGathering

Can anyone help me find basic lands illustrated by LGBTQIA+ artists? Excluding Terese—I’m already familiar. #MagicTheGathering

[MTG Jumpstarter @mtgjumpstarter]

@Ravnican_Artist Well I also order from LGS so I stomach a bit of that

[MTG Jumpstarter @mtgjumpstarter]

Feels like every time I pick up a MTG preorder I’m paying some new shocking amount #MTGxLOTR

[MTG Jumpstarter @mtgjumpstarter]

Bizarre to me that Tinder Wall has never made it into a Masters product. It’s not even a pie break

[MTG Jumpstarter @mtgjumpstarter]

Struggling to understand the flavor of this card

[Shivam, Advisor Emeritus @ghirapurigears]

Did I miss that we got a blue mana dork?

[MTG Jumpstarter @mtgjumpstarter]

@TechnicolorMime @ReddHaring Do those prototype cards literally have a sticker on them, of just the appearance of a sticker?

[MTG Jumpstarter @mtgjumpstarter]

@MagicZauber @TechnicolorMime Here are a couple of examples
