@KURZoneMTG @MagicOnline You should tag @trulyaliem on this. Every downtime we see players on twitter and reddit ask for this information. Just having it listed in the announcement articles is not enough. They could also have Magic Online inform you when you try to login instead of the generic message.

@AffinityForMTG It wasn't included in packs and the only place to get was from complete sets handed out during the M15 championship events. So they are very rare.

@trulyaliem @MagicOnline @CKiritz Aware of that, however often the downtime is shorter or longer than estimated and the @MagicOnline twitter would post updates regarding status. Found those very useful so wasn't sure if that existed somewhere else.
