I think it's good in landfall or 3+ colors decks, hitting non basic is a nice upside sometimes even if it's random
Probably not worth in higher power tables but my regular group is slow enough for this

@shardbased @ZBexx Kaalia is nice to cheat big stuff but it's not a "real" synergy as she doesn't help Angels themselves
Still a good commander, I played her a few times in the past but I want something more synergistic, even if it's less explosive and powerful

In casual, I thought 3mv > 2mv rocks for benefits like all the cool one printed recently like Cursed Mirror or Screwdriver etc.
Obviously, there are several factors but I don't like 2mv rocks being dead draw after early game (unless artifact synergy but still)

However, I don't have much to complain, banlist could be better but I'm sure you hear that a lot
On this topic, I know that I won't be able to do a better job anyway, it's impossible to please everyone
