@USDOT — nice to know that my @AmericanAir legally can’t leave the gate in PHX because they’ve failed to cater a plane that’s been at the gate at their own hub for 100 minutes (and counting). Thankful that the flight attendants are upholding the law, but AA incompetence abounds!
@AmericanAir — you’ve had this plane on the ground in PHX for NINETY (90) minutes and you can’t get it catered so we have to sit around with a delay because of your incompetence! This is allegedly one of your hubs — what is the problem?!

@SanJoaquins I know I should be able to do that, but I talked to three different @Amtrak agents this afternoon and tonight and none of them could do it. It also doesn’t work on the app nor the website. The last agent told me to call customer care tomorrow (8a-8p), which is not convenient.

@AlaskaAir — Do you explicitly tell your agents to remain silent and never update passengers on delays? This is far and away my biggest complaint against you as a 100K member. Again, I find myself in the hades-hole of the C2 gates at SEA without a clue as to why we’re delayed.

If that were true, why did the SEA agent say my outfit never works at their location and the BOI, PDX, and ORD agents told me I was walking through correctly? If an agent acknowledges it’s an issue at a location, that doesn’t qualify as “unpredictable” — try again…
@mthoodfan We incorporate unpredictable security measures in airports nationwide. While this may give the appearance of inconsistency, these variations provide a certain element of unpredictability that discourages attempts to bypass security.
Hey @TSA—why aren’t your metal detectors the same across the country? I’ve worn the exact same outfit at BOI, ORD, PDX, DFW, AMA, MAF, but this morning at SEA your metal detectors wouldn’t let it through. Please do your job & be consistent to keep air travel in the U.S. easy! 🙄
