Really amazed and struggle to get my head around how somebody(Hayley Carruthers for example) can manage to become elite in just 3 years! It is truly amazing to get to that level of running in that short space of time. Most people ramping up work load that quickly would pick up

I think I've said it before and I'll say it again. The 2 reasons I haven't joined a running club are:
1. They are rude when I run past them, they run 4 in a row, dont move and dont even acknowledge me! To busy chatting!!!
2. Egos
