Councilman Guthrie was removed from the Harford council last week following his plea of nolo contendere to federal theft charges, this past Thursday.

Guthries nameplate — which has been in the council chambers for over a decade — was removed Tuesday.

Wanted On A Warrant

In reference to the brutal assault that occurred on Oct. 13, in the 1000 blk of S. Charles St., a warrant has been issued for the arrest of 24 y/o John Callis, of Baltimore. Callis was seen on video assaulting two males following an NFL game, and is currently wanted for first-degree aggravated assault & three counts of second-degree assault.

Victims' Identity Sought

In regards to the video of the assault involving two Washington Commanders fans, that occurred on October 13, 2024, in the 1000 block of South Charles Street, investigators are attempting to locate the victims of this incident.

Detectives have identified a possible suspect in this incident but need to identify and interview the victims.

Anyone with information on the identity of the victims is urged to contact Southern District Detectives at 410-396-2499 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7-LockUp.
