@British_Airways because you get people complaining about not being imbursed, other (bad) people take advantage. See the mail I got from "british airways support" 😒🤨😯 (also a warning for others!)
@British_Airways Still no reimbursement after 92 days. You said "it will take longer than usual". What's usual? What's longer? Is it as long as eternity? Please reimburse y expenses for the cancelled flight early Juny 2023!

@British_Airways What's your definition of "responding soon". Waiting 88 days to get reimbursed for a cancelled flight. Last week I was promised to be called "soon" 😟
@British_Airways Just started the "DM", which is actually a bot asking everything all over again ... and waiting for someone to "pick up the chat". Sigh .... really annoying for such a big company 😢
Really dissatisfied with @British_Airways . I had a cancelled flight beginning of June '23 and had to stay in an hotel. BA would pay the costs. We're now 82 days later and no money, no response, no reaction. Cannot get in touch with BA and service requests are just ignored. ☹️
@British_Airways Thanks for the reply, but almost 3 months is not a acceptable delay. I'm passed the point where I could expense this with my employer, so BA is costing me money. And the fact that it's impossible to see status or get an ETA is really a very bad practice. Really bad handling by BA
