@SBHGLondon No one has answered your phone's to report a repair for 16mins now! My toilet is blocked again, barely a week after it was fixed & my neighbor is also experiencing the same. So can you send someone Today as an emergency as it is the only toilet in my home & is broken

@SBHGLondon Do you actually plan on cutting our tree this year, or are you waiting for it to completely obstruct the footpath entrance to & from our property? This is covered in the service charges we pay & you increase every year, but do less. It also obstructs the pavement
