@evanjstern@CharterVanilla To be fair it was pretty hilarious you just skipped right past that. Guess what was good for my entertainment was bad for yours.
@evanjstern@CharterVanilla The learning curve is a bit much but once you get a bit into it and reload a bunch it starts making a ton of sense and I think you'll like the chess aspect. You picking the wizard was probably a mistake. Should have gone for a melee class and spar people with shadowheart healing
@evanjstern @death_texas Basically yeah. It's a lot of connecting people together through voluntary input of family ties. They do look for some common genes for certain parts of the world but it's not an exact science. Your brothers may also have a gene you don't that makes their guess more accurate
@adrianbowyer They almost entirely got rid of the bitterness that you may have been used to before the last 20 years or so.
Texture could make sense if you're steaminy them, roasted is where's it's at
@gmweed I was seeing them go for not as much as you'd think considering the robustness of the system. Didn't really make sense but I think 2.85 has a bit of a tough sell
@ChuckHellebuyck@MCHRISP1@BambulabGlobal Yeah on the robot forklifts I designed we used automotive connectors since those have TPA and sealing against the pins. Great in extreme vibrations like cars etc. The printers I designed we used Nanofit connectors since those offer TPA but we tended to just cinch. Not cheap tho
@ChuckHellebuyck@MCHRISP1@BambulabGlobal JST style connectors are bad in comparison to some better ones but epoxy backing is pretty common for high frequency equipment or shippable goods. Some TPA is needed to reduce chances of pins backing out.
I hate on Bambu a lot, but potting their connectors isn't one of those.
@CNC_Kitchen@Ybalrid Power supply, no. I took a p1p apart and the power supply is 110-240. They use an AC plate heater which can be run in series or parallel with a switching circuit built in.
The WiFi does make sense as you typically need to select your country on things like raspi. Seems fixable
