Miss Martin died suddenly earlier this year. Her colleagues, both retired and current teachers, pooled their funds to establish a tribute to her. A tree and bench have been placed at Larchmont play area in her honor.

She set the standard for our athletic curriculum & related events. Janice retired 10 years ago, but her enthusiasm & dedication continued. As a Physical Education teacher, she still followed our students through high school & in some cases, college.
