Salome and I met through a suicide prevention event a couple of years back and she gave me the most wonderful present to say thank you
Since then she’s hosted and taught Gabi (my eldest daughter) the intricate art of her Ceramics for several months now and we’ve really bonded
Her work is bespoke, one of a kind pieces, as nature takes over during the kiln and (several) curing processes
They’re unique
Salome has just taken the very brave step ( it took a lot of convincing)
to create an online store to purchase her beautiful pieces, always a bit shy to put herself out there
I was so so pleased to see this yesterday
She deserves every bit of support, not only is she incredibly talented, she’s a good egg
If you fall in love with a piece and you’re in a position to buy it, you’re doing so much more than that, you’re helping a new small business find confidence and grow
It’ll be appreciated more than you can imagine

The statement below is pretty clear and pretty simple. Now I know that many will pay no heed because right now in this world 🌍 we are not appreciative of this and hatred power and greed is leading to murder of the innocents. This is my wish for 2024.
Retweet if you enjoy! With a spinal cord injury and in particular mine which is so high up in my spine the less movement I am going to have. Basically wrist/finger movement are last to regain and arm movement usually comes back first. I was told I would never move a muscle again and now to have arm movement that I have had for a while but now to have control of my left wrist is something absolutely amazing to see the hard work paying off!
Day by day im learning new ways my muscles/way to move work. Its crazy because me lifting my arm feels like 20kg in itself. That shows you how much damage was done to my body when I broke my neck and severd my Spinal Cord. People in the gym are satisfied when they squat 300kg, im happy when I lift my arm. I take everything in moderation!
It's all I think about is getting movement, while I'm in bed I'm thinking about it, then its time to sleep. Dedication doesn't have an off session. Hard physiotherapy, day in, day out. Refusing to give up!
Another part of this I love is sharing my results with the world. For every single one of you who believe in me. THIS IS FOR YOU. Even for the people who don't believe in me, you make me work ten times harder!

Fantastic morning again at @Smrc_rowing for @MooreLimerick#MooreMorningRiverRun for November. Great turnout and sun shining as always. #Blessed Huge thanks to everyone that come along each month. Couldn’t do it without you
Watch out for new on our Christmas edition 🎅 Dec 1st
See you all Friday morning at 7am in @Smrc_rowing for the July #MooreMorningRiverRun hosted by @MooreLimerick All welcome to join us for an easy jaunt by the river Shannon and tea/coffee/ goodies in the clubhouse afterwards
I have family reasons to ask the @shannonairport team whether they plan for this aspect of travel. I recently saw a badly handled situation at another European airport. I was blown away with the answer and how well it has been prepared for. Please RT for others who need to know
Don’t forget #EarthDay2023 folks. Do something to help improve our planet for ourselves and others. We planted this lady one year ago and she is thriving in our @MooreLimerick garden
Have a great weekend
@AnaCabrera If you get a chance to don the shirt we are celebrating our first #MooreMorningRiverRun anniversary today. Would love to see you out in it. Happy Easter 🐣
