@ScottDochterman any insight into when the B1G 2026 football schedule, with the order of when each game is played, is going to be released? I feel like it usually comes out in November each year.
@JacobHatesJazz@ScottDochterman Technically Peacock, too it sounds like based on what Scott said. There are a handful of B1G teams on a bye that week so not every network spot should get filled.
@ScottDochterman@JacobHatesJazz So is it technically possibly that NBC/Peacock could show it? I just assumed NBC forfeited their pick on weekends they are having ND play.
@JacobHatesJazz@ScottDochterman With all the talk about Iowa and their night game limit, and the fact that this is arguably the best B1G game of the week, I would be shocked if it fell there.
@ScottDochterman So it’s more than likely:
IU/PSU - FOX 11:00am or CBS 2:30
Iowa/ORE - FOX 11:00am or CBS 2:30
NEB /UCLA - 7:00pm Peacock
Wisconsin/Wash - afternoon/evening B1G/FOX/FS1?
@ChadLeistikow Great article Chad. You mentioned Iowa PSU has a chance to be a night game, but is that still possible with NBC already selecting ND/USC for the 7:30pm?
@ScottDochterman@TheAthleticCFB With NBC already confirming night games with ND for USC (10/18) and Navy (11/8), does that open the door for CBS or Fox to claim the evening kick time for either of those days? Or if NBC has the 3rd pick that weekend, would it be assumed its going on Peacock in the night slot?
@ScottDochterman@TheAthleticCFB Great read as always, Scott. You specifically mentioned the weekend of 10/18 and how many intriguing matchups there are. Do the networks disclose the full outcome of the draft and which pick they have for a given weekend?
