🚨 Equal Work, Equal Pay!

No discrimination based on posting! ⚕️

₹1.2L/month for a Non-PG JR in a medical college vs ₹50K/month for an MBBS doctor at a CHC/PHC in the same city.
₹70K/month difference for the same degree, despite CHC/PHC postings often having much harsher working conditions.
Same degree. Same city. Huge pay gap.

#samebondsamepay#doctors#wewantjustice
Why MBBS doctors in Uttar Pradesh are being discriminated ?
MBBS Doctors of UP complete their mbbs and join their compulsory rural service bond.
This was fine till they got to know something strange !
Their own batchmates posted in medical colleges are getting 1 lakh plus salary with regular increments while those who are alloted CHC PHC are getting only 50-65k fixed amount with same work same degree same bond.
Requesting you to look into this hon @myogiadityanath ji and remove this partiality !

If bonded government service is compulsory for all, why is the stipend/salary different for doctors posted to CHCs and PHCs doing essentially the same work?
Is there any clear and justified basis for this difference in pay?
Same degree. Same bond. Same government service. Same responsibilities.
Then why different pay for the same work?
Is this kind of salary difference seen in any other profession where people with the same qualification are appointed for the same role?
If the service is equal, shouldn’t the pay be equal too?

People of all ages, from a 4-year-old to an 80-year-old woman, came together to demand justice for a fellow woman who was brutally raped and murdered at her workplace.
This is true unity in action.
