🚨Pablo Rocco Forenza, a self-identified “sovereign citizen,” was taken into custody in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, after U.S. Marshals and Walton County Sheriff’s deputies executed a search warrant.

The 51-year-old faced nationwide extradition warrants out of Grand Junction, Colorado, on charges including s*xual assault on a child, s*xual exploitation of a child, and possession of s*xually exploitative material (CSAM). Authorities say the case dates to a 2021 Grand Junction Police investigation that established probable cause involving an ongoing intimate relationship with a minor under 15.

Forenza, who rejects government authority under sovereign citizen ideology, surrendered without incident. Detectives noted his vehicle displayed a fictitious license plate—a common tactic among adherents of the movement.

He was booked into Walton County Jail and awaits extradition to Colorado.

The Sovereign Citizens movement, long tracked by extremism monitors as a far-right anti-government ideology, continues to surface in cases involving both violence and serious crimes against children. Forenza’s arrest underscores how rejection of basic legal accountability often pairs with far more dangerous behavior.

🚨BREAKING: MULTIPLE ICE agents were caught on video pointing their guns at unarmed U.S. citizens, AGAIN, after assaulting them with pepper spray.

This time in Anthony, New Mexico.

After arresting one man, an ICE agent walks around the car and pepper-sprays a family member, while other agents are holding down a U.S. citizen.

A woman appears to be explaining that the person they’re trying to arrest is a citizen, as he’s seen trying to crawl back toward the sidewalk.

Meanwhile, other family members are standing on the sidewalk filming.

Then, an agent walks up with his gun and points it toward the people filming.

Another agent moves toward the sidewalk and pepper-sprays two people, then backs away… as MULTIPLE other agents draw their weapons.

Now, you have FOUR unarmed U.S. citizens standing on a sidewalk with MULTIPLE ICE agents pointing guns at them.

Two had just been pepper-sprayed… They were in pain, trying to wipe their eyes and barely able to see.

Two were filming/helping the other family members.

So, what exactly was the threat?

Clearly, there wasn’t one.

And one of the unarmed women had to point this out… to the agents pointing guns at HER… before they finally went back to their cars and drove away.

These people were unarmed. They were on the sidewalk. They weren’t attacking anyone. They weren’t threatening the agents.

Yet, we keep seeing ICE agents escalate these encounters by pulling their firearms on UNARMED U.S. CITIZENS.

And we are supposed to just accept that as normal?

Absolutely not.

Being a federal agent does not put you above the Constitution… And wearing a badge does not give you a license to point a gun at anyone you don’t like.

🚨Former TPUSA field worker Matt Tucciarone has dropped a bombshell accusation against the organization once led by Charlie Kirk. In a recent post, the ex-Republican laid out what he calls the “gay blackmail system” operating inside Turning Point USA.

“It’s not the openly gay ones you need to fear the most,” Tucciarone wrote. “It’s the closeted ones. They have the most to hide… so they become the biggest predators in the room. Every act is filmed or recorded on phones. Video. Audio. That’s the initiation – same exact playbook as Hollywood. The second they step off the script, the files get released and their career (and life) is over. This isn’t theory. This is the game.”

Tucciarone, who previously worked ballot-chasing for Turning Point Action, frames the alleged scheme as a control mechanism: closeted men are compromised through recorded sexual encounters, then kept in line so they remain loyal foot soldiers for the MAGA movement. Step out of line, and the kompromat drops.

The claims arrive amid Tucciarone’s broader criticisms of TPUSA leadership and culture, including specific allegations against other figures in the Arizona orbit. So we have an organization that markets itself as a defender of traditional values and “family” while allegedly running a blackmail operation to enforce obedience among its gay foot soldiers. Are you shocked?

Whether the full system exists as described remains unproven, but the whistleblower’s detailed account is already circulating widely.

Matt Tucciarone’s claims about a “closeted gay blackmail system” inside Turning Point USA and conservative politics line up closely with what former TPUSA brand ambassador Ashley St. Clair has been saying since leaving the MAGA world. St. Clair has repeatedly described widespread hypocrisy among right-wing figures—closet homosexuals and others living double lives of while publicly pushing traditional values and anti-LGBTQ rhetoric. Both former insiders paint a picture of control, secrecy, and compromised men being kept in line to serve the movement.
