Le robaban el material escolar o se lo rompían, le aislaban en el patio a la hora del recreo, le amenazaban a punta de navaja, etc. pero el colegio fue quitándole importancia. Era alumno del Institut Canigó
@inscanigo . Su madre, Marina, así nos lo pide para concienciar a la sociedad y para que la historia de su hijo no caiga en el olvido. Ahora la Inspección educativa @educaciocat responde que el colegio no vio “evidencias claras” de acoso escolar, validando su inacción. Desde nuestra asociación @trencats condenamos esta práctica habitual de la inspección educativa que acaba encubriendo las violencias en las escuelas. La inspección educativa DEBE comprobar y garantizar que los colegios activan TODAS las medidas para proteger a sus alumnos desde el primer aviso, sin excusas ni valoraciones subjetivas. Decir que no hay “evidencias claras” es admitir que NO SE ACTUÓ. Si quieren testigos de los hechos los hay.
Parece ser que solo haciendo público a través de los medios un caso así las familias conseguimos que las consejerías de educación se vean obligadas a señalar la inacción de los centros. Ha pasado con Sandra y también pasó con mi hija Kira. Un niño ha muerto, y no permitiremos que negligencias como esta oculten una realidad que destroza vidas.
Por favor, ayudadnos a dar difusión al caso de Dani. Otro más que se suma al de Kira, Sandra, Daniela, Lucía Alejandro, Laura, Claudia, Óscar, Lucía, Ilan, Adam, Diego, Carla, Alan, Hugo, Alana, Jokin y tantísimas víctimas anónimas de violencia y acoso escolar. No son cifras, son vidas. El acoso escolar mata.
