@Katrinka77 @nachtnoir @Owennfa 🤣Bullshit, the standard 10-year SL repayment amortizes the same as any other P&I fixed rate loan, princ paydown increases/int decreases. It’s when people get into IDR,forbearance, etc. where things like negative amortization can occur.
