History was made Friday night as Team USA rolled past Paraguay 4-1 in its 2026 FIFA World Cup opener in Southern California.
The victory was historic in more ways than one. It was the first time the U.S. had won a World Cup match by three goals since 1930 — when America also defeated Paraguay.
The four-goal outburst also marked the first time the United States has scored at least four goals in a World Cup match. Folarin Balogun, 24, also made history, becoming the first American player since 1930 to score multiple goals in a World Cup game.

Windows is corporate bloatware held together by duct tape.
It's an OS built for people who hate efficiency.
Anyone still defending this user experience is suffering from Stockholm Syndrome.

I love Windows 11 but hear me out:
Microsoft's failure to ditch .exe installers is a monument to their incompetence. Installing an app via a wizard isn't "old school," it's Stone Age
It is embarrassing that a trillion-dollar company still hasn't figured out a unified app store
And the Windows Settings UI? clearly designed by a committee of developers who've never actually met a human being.
It’s toxic landfill of inconsistent design.
