@fabio_viggiani @rik_ferguson Absolutely! I just wanted to point out that even if they don't share IP/live together, FB could still do this. Especially if the relationship status is published on FB itself

@fabio_viggiani @rik_ferguson Yeah, but FB knows who is who, based on who is currently logged in (not to mention browser fingerprinting etc). They know who your SO is and I'd guess that they knowingly target partners, since they might buy products for their SO. Given that, I don't even think the IP matters.

@fabio_viggiani @rik_ferguson Like you say, search is just part of it. Since its Facebook, it could be liking a period related meme, writing a related status update, joining a FB group, etc. Wouldn't be surprised if FB aggregates enough data to predict period cycles.

Security tip if you run Windows 10 Pro or Enterprise: for "random" web browsing, just use Windows Sandbox, and discard it at the end of the day. Much faster and smoother than a full VM, and zero maintenance.
